Terms and Conditions

Work is done on graves from Monday to Friday; work carried out outside these days may be subject to additional charges at the discretion of Grave Care. While every effort will be made to complete work for special occasions, Grave Care cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond their control.

Grave Care offers a forty-eight hour cooling off period to cancel grave maintenance contracts. Other services deemed chargeable by Grave Care must be paid for example; flower, bulb plant orders, hiring of specific equipment and associated products.

Grave Care accept no liability for loss or damage to your property while work is been completed, between planned maintenance schedules and after the contract has been fulfilled.

In order to complete the work on the first visit we require you to supply us with a grave number or an exact location, enabling us to carry out the work on our first visit. A charge of €30 will be charged to you. We can locate the grave for you for a fee of €15.

Because of the nature of the service we provide Grave Care cannot acquire a signature for the delivery of product or the completion of a contract, a digital photograph will be taken as proof of the work carried out on your behalf. This photograph will be emailed to your address or an email address of your choice.

Grave Care is committed to keeping your information confidentiality. We will only use your details to fulfil our obligation to you.

On occasion Grave Care may email you about new services, products or dates of meaning to you. If you choose not to receive this material please tick the box on the order form.

Grave Care will not accept responsibility for issues arising from the provision of a service where relatable authorizations have not been acquired.

Grave Care is committed to fulfilling your requests, from time to time we may have to substitute flowers, bulbs or plants due to seasonal availability or circumstances beyond the control of Grave Care.
